RYOKU Returns & Refunds Policy

RYOKU (“we”, “us”, or “RYOKU”) is committed to providing high-quality nutrition products and ensuring customer satisfaction. This Returns & Refunds Policy outlines how we handle product returns. Australian Consumer Law Rights

Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have products repaired or replaced if they fail to meet acceptable quality standards and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

A product is considered to have a major failure if:

  • It has a problem that would have deterred someone from purchasing it had they known;

  • It is significantly different from its sample or description;

  • It is substantially unfit for its common purpose and cannot be easily fixed within a reasonable time;

  • It does not do what was requested and cannot be easily fixed within a reasonable time; or

  • It is unsafe.

These rights are in addition to any other rights and remedies available under Australian Consumer Law and other applicable Australian consumer protection regulations.

Refunds

Unused products may be returned within 7 days of delivery. To qualify for a refund:

  • Products must be in their original condition and packaging.

  • Opened, used, or damaged products cannot be returned.

  • Products damaged during return shipping will not be refunded—please package returns carefully.

  • Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable.

To initiate a return, email Ryoku.nutrition@gmail.com with your reason for return. We will provide a return processing number and further instructions. Do not return items without this number.

Returns, Replacements & Credits

If you are not satisfied with a product, please contact us as soon as possible. We may offer a replacement or credit at our discretion.

Returning Items Within 30 Business Days

If we receive your return or written notice of intent to return within 30 Business Days of purchase or delivery (whichever is earlier), we will assess the situation:

  • RYOKU at Fault: We will offer a full replacement or credit.

  • RYOKU Not at Fault:

    • If returned in original condition, we may offer a replacement or credit.

    • If returned damaged, worn, or altered, no replacement or credit will be given.

Returning Items After 30 Business Days

If returns or written notice are received after 30 Business Days, we will evaluate the case:

  • RYOKU at Fault: We will offer a full replacement or credit.

  • RYOKU Not at Fault: No replacement or credit will be provided, though we may offer a resolution at our discretion.

Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for all shipping costs related to returns. If RYOKU is deemed at fault, we will reimburse reasonable return shipping costs. If RYOKU is not at fault, shipping costs will not be refunded.

Business Days

For the purposes of this policy, "Business Day" refers to any day (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays) when banks in Sydney, New South Wales are open for business.
